Healthier Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 1/2 cups gluten-free oat flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup 72% dark chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix the coconut oil, honey, vanilla, and egg in a large bowl.
- Combine the flour and baking soda and slowly blend with the wet ingredients until well combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Spoon the cookie dough by the tablespoon onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- The cookies will harden as they cool.
These were awesome!!!! i put them in the freezer and they taste like cold cookie dough 🙂 also, you didn’t specify whether the coconut oil should be melted or solid, so i used solid, and they turned out incredible. i would definitely make them again.
